I dealt with Joe this past week, and it makes a big difference that he not only listens, he answered my questions for an older car and pests of a women. Smile! Each time I have a concern, I drop off my vehicle with full confidence that my vehicle will repaired properly, at a fair price and fully guaranteed. They even refunded my money once when a fix for a problem could not be found. Turns out the parts installed were defective.

Robert said Kevin, an employee at this business was a very nice gentleman and a good businessman. He was treated very nicely and they respected him. When he got his vehicle back, he applied the brakes and heard a grinding noise so he took the vehicle back and Kevin was gone. The mechanic who rode with him and heard the noise, told him it did not sound like the brakes. When they got back to the facility , the mechanic took a look under the vehicle and found the issue and was nice enough to fix the problem. He asked if he owed anything extra and has not received a call about it. With the quality of work that is done, he can tell they are decent mechanics. His experience was good and the coffee is always good as well.
