The main guy honks at me because I parked NY car to get it serviced. He gets out of the car with an attitude asking me what I was doing. I asked him first why he was honking at me and second if this is not the correct place to park then where should I park. I was not greeted when I walked in the lobby or told how long it would take. I sat there for hours with my car not being fixed. I would not suggest you take your can to this place. I finally left after hours of sitting around. My car is still not fixed and there closed for the 4th of July. I don't appreciate rudness if I'm paying my hard earned money for a service. On July 1 I got my car back from Sheridan auto and it was not fixed I called in to let the mechanic know he asked me to bring it back. I said no and the mechanic hung up on me. Do not bring your car here l.

"Prompt and knowledgeable" My vehicle was having issues with the engine running correctly. The crew were able to nail down quite a problems and correct them pretty quickly. My hat off to them.
