I had a check engine light and the techs at Sheridan auto tech made sure my vehicle left there better than how it came in! They replaced items that weren't on my list because they were already in the trenches of the general area. Responsive to my questions. I've been looking for a local mechanic shop I can trust and plan to continue taking my vehicle there. The oil changes are pricey though. Overall good service and my car is running without issues. I also had a discount through Costco's Auto Program.

Where to begin. First off never buy a car from Car Hop. They are a scam. Second Isaiah and everyone are great. I had an issue with a vehicle that I purchased from Car Hop. The time cover was leaking. I purchased the vehicle on a Thursday and Friday morning it was in the shop to get looked at. They diagnosed the issue extremely quickly and had the parts ordered. Because of scarcity of parts, it took a bit to finish the job. After they replaced the bad part, which again, they got fixed extremely fast, the check engine light came on. After a bit of diagnosis they determined the plugs and ignition coils needed to be replaced. They reached out to Car Hop to coordinate payment. Car Hop said they would have a response by 1:15 that same day. That didn't happen. It took several days and plenty of me doing the leg work to make sure Car Hop would do something as if they had done the proper inspection, they would have noticed the oil leak and fixed the issues. Isaiah was calm and very helpful throughout the process. The best Car Hop would do is cover the parts and I had to cover labor. Which again, if they did the proper inspection this wouldn't have been an issue. I had just lost my job and money was tight but Sheridan Auto helped me get my car back up and running. From a single dad that has been hit with a run of terrible luck, I truly appreciate everyone and everything they have done.
