The only reason for one star is that they couldn't get 0 stars. We took our car in for a few things to be fixed. The heater core was replaced and now makes a loud knocking noise after our warranty company paid over 2000.00 to fix. The tech told us it's just going to do that. So now I am stuck with this knocking sound! Now, the brakes we had the front brakes rotors and caliper on one side replaced. We left and the same noise was occurring that we took it in for. We took it back told nothing was wrong. Went back again a week later same noise, excessive brake dust this time Joe takes it back to have it looked at (is rude about it as well). I wait and am told this is occurring because now it needs rear brakes. As the rear brakes are metal on metal. I take it to another mechanic as my trust is gone here. I am told they r not metal on metal but could use replacement. Which I do and they did an amazing job. Front brakes still making noise, excessive brake dust. Mechanic at new shop even notes this on paperwork to address. I take back again am told rotors need to be turned ( after having new ones put on 6 weeks prior ??????) Makes no sense. ( I wonder if they were ever replaced?) After they turn them they now tell me me I need wheel bearing replaced. I take it to the other mechanic and am told the bearing are fine. It looks as if it is the quality of the brake pad used causing the issue. When at Sheridan Auto Tech Joe told us that they use OEM grade pads. I called Joe and told him the findings and he basically called me a liar told me to call my warranty company to pay for brakes and hung up on me. Very professional! I will never return or recommend this company they charge for things u do not need and repairs are done incorrectly. I have every piece of paperwork to verify my statement and am going to BBB when I complete this. I am also providing to my warranty Company so they never send customers to these rip offs!! Stay Away!!

Carol said the staff were very knowledgeable and their customer service was awesome. They were honest and up-front. She really appreciated it.

Parker said the business is good. He was visiting from out of town and they took care of his vehicle right away, even though they were busy. He would use them for all of his vehicles if he lived in the area.

Had my car towed in for repairs, it was over heating and the AirConditioner wasn't working. They fixed the over heating problem, didn't touch the Air Conditioner. I would think that if they replace a water pump that they would think about Thermostat. Had the car for one hour before the check engine light came on. Hmmmmmmm ! Talked with Joe this A.M. He explained the reason for not replacing the Thermostat housing. There seems to have been a miscommunication. The car is running fine, and I am happy with the outcome. So all in all I will still remain a customer of Sheridan Auto Tech.

"A/C Fixed, New Tires Mounted and at a Fraction of the Expected Price" Summer 2017: my 2007 Outlander's A/C went out. All I was getting was hot air. I took my car to 3 separate reputable mechanics according to Yelp at least. The best price from the first two was $1700 to replace the system. After some stressing about how I could afford that, I stumbled upon Sheridan Auto Tech. I spoke with Joe who had his guys assess the damage - as he too was reluctant to believe the $1700 price tag. Turns out, with A/C you need to replace the whole system - or at least key components. Joe was able to hook me up with a certified used parts A/C system for around $750! I was floored. Parts and labor are warrantied for a year and once the parts were ordered in, they had the system running and blowing 40* cold air. Sheridan Auto proved to be a savior as I was getting ready to drive to Moab for a rafting trip bachelor party and the A/C was obviously very much needed. The Sheridan Auto guys - namely Joe - who I dealt with most of the time was a real hero and a straight shooter. If you need to go somewhere you can trust, Sheridan is the place. I have spent 6 years in CO looking for a reputable auto repair place after being burned, and Sheridan now has a life long customer in me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
