They kept my car for 5 weeks, kept changing parts until they got it right!cost me $1400 and they aren't very customer oriented when it comes to answering questions about why they still have your car!avoid these parts changers at all cost!

called on wednesday to see if they could get me in the next day for an alignment. they told me no problem. didn't get around to looking at my truck till friday. told me i needed a new lower ball joint before they could do an alignment. fine. couldn't pick my truck up friday night and ended up picking it up saturday morning. when i got to the shop the hood on my truck was open. This shop is on COLEFAX..not the safest place. To top it all off my brakes were super squishy on my drive home. not the way they were when i left my truck. could just be a coincidence. more unhappy about not getting my truck in when they said they could and leaving the hood open on my truck.

I use them because they are in network for my warranty. I recently had an alignment done at Brakes Plus on W. Colfax. During inspection Brakes Plus found issue with me front drive shaft. I drove right to Sheridan Auto Tech and they had it approved and installed in less than 2 hours. They also found that the gears on my steering rack were beginning to leak. This is key because that is what is adjusted for a wheel alignment and Brakes Plus did the alignment but didn't catch the leaking steering rack, they caught the drive shaft, but not the thing they were supposedly working on?Sheridan Auto Tech provided great customer service and Joe was awesome!

They complete their work on time and at the price the quote.
