Lakewood Auto Repair

I'm usually a big fan of this place. always pretty fair and fast. my last experience wasn't so great. went in for a oil change and was told my price was $98.00 for a full synthetic. after waiting over 2 hours price was $112.00. Considering I could have went to Jiffy Lube and got the same oil change and been in and out in less than 30 minutes I have to say I'm very disappointed and I think they dropped the ball a little bit. all in all I will still return it to customer just hoping my next experience will be better.

The staff and service techs are great and very attentive to ones needs. I have service company with a lot a vans that need constant repairs and they get us taken care of fast so our guys can get back on the road and back to work. Appreciate very much all they do. Recommend them. Jeff and Joe are great a listening and taking care of the problem.

I have been taking my truck to the Lakewood store for several years. I have never had an issue and they have always done great work. As for the gentlemen named Steven that had a bad experience, I don’t know which store you went to but the guys in Lakewood have done me well and I run big 3500 trucks that get used. They just did a steering gear box for me and a full transmission service and they were great. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. The Lakewood shop has always been great.
