Not my first choice in mechanics. Their work is questionable. Some of the guys are nice. However the general manager is a jerk. Very rude and unprofessional. In response to me having the wrong shop... I do not have the wrong place. My vehicle has been there a total of 7 times. The first 4 times were for the same issue. It was there for almost the entire month of June and half of July. And the manager yelled at my child then proceeded to talk about him as if i could not hear him. And your response is exactly what i mean by unprofessional. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

My 05 Chevy Aveo was towed to them on a Thursday morning for warranty work from Carhop of Lakewood. When i first called that morrning they told me it was the fule pump ok no problem mechanic said it would take a few hours to replace ok. Called back a few hours later to see if i could pick it up then they tell me O its the timing belt it broke and crushed your vavle train so you now need a new engine and radiator because they said it was leaking badly. So i end up waighting almost two weeks for carhop to find and buy and sheridan to put them in. Finaly 2 days ago tuesday i called they said car would be ready around 4:30pm great show up its still not done have to wait till 5:10 for it, and they got mad because i was there waiting.Finaly car is pulled around my husband and I he's an ASE certified Ford AND Nissan mechanich, get in and start driving my husband immediately says car is not running right so we pulled over he got out and checked under the hood saw that the radiator was leaking from the coupling witch had not been torqued right the iddle on the engine was not right so after looking up the torque specs and other things he tightened then correctly it stopped leaking he changes the idle correctly and then we shut it off and parked it when we got back from wal mart. My husband got in it the next day left work got about 15min away from home and car died again and would not start. Husband checked the oil and other fluids only to find there waa hardly any oil in it at all. After calling Sheridan and having the car towed back to them i called and they yelled at me for calling them so much. Do the work right and customers would not have to call return a call like you say you will and same thong would not call so much.LONG STORY SHORT DONT TRUST THEAE CROOKS!!!!

This auto shop was reffered to me by a customer of mine when i was shopping around for a new car and i brought two vehicles for inspection. The first would have cost me over 2k in work...i bought the second and have no regrets. Thanks guys I appreciate the help!

Did a used vehicle inspection at Sheridan Auto Tech in Lakewood. They were very friendly and quick. I was able to get in on the same day and had the vehicle inspection within the hour. Great service!

The shop is very clean everyone is very nice and they do a great job taking care of my car

Great place. Great customer service. Had to get a Uber/Lift inspection done, was there at 8 am and out within 10 minutes. The staff takes good care of the customers Will keep taking my vehicle there for all tune-ups and oil changes.
